What are the return conditions?
Since each fine art print is individually made for you , there is no right of return . Each design is printed, cut, checked, and specially packaged individually after ordering. For this reason, returns are excluded from the right of withdrawal by law (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).
What happens if my print arrives damaged?
Should a product arrive damaged or defective despite secure packaging, we will replace it free of charge .

Can I change my design or size after purchase?
Changes are possible as long as your print hasn't been produced yet . Contact us as soon as possible after ordering – we'll help you immediately.
When will I receive my order?
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What happens if my own uploaded image is not printable?
We check every file manually. If the quality is not sufficient for a fine art print, we will contact you before production starts and find a solution together (new file, different size, etc.).
